Frequently Asked Questions

How do we reserve our date?

Start by reaching out through my “Contact” page and telling me a little about your celebration! Once we’ve made sure we’re the right fit and chosen the coverage that best supports your day, your date is officially reserved with a signed agreement and 30% retainer.

Will our images have a watermark on them?

The images I deliver to you will not include watermarks. Watermarks are only applied to my personal copies used for advertising, promotions, and social media posts.

How do you describe your signature style?

My work blends moody, cinematic color with striking black-and-white imagery and an emphasis on genuine human connection. I’m drawn to the quiet glances, movement, emotion, and relationships happening throughout a wedding day, pairing documentary storytelling with intentional direction when a moment calls for it.

We’re not comfortable in front of the camera. Will you help us?

Of course! You won’t be expected to arrive knowing how to pose or what to do with your hands. I’ll step in with direction when you need it and give you room to simply be together when you don’t. My goal is for your photographs to feel intentional without making your wedding feel like a photoshoot.

Do you travel outside your area?

Absolutely! I photograph weddings throughout Indiana and beyond. Travel is thoughtfully incorporated into your personalized investment, so you’ll receive one clear number based on your celebration and location rather than having to piece together separate mileage, airfare, or lodging fees. Whether your wedding is a few hours away or requires a flight, I’ll handle the travel logistics on my end so the experience stays simple for you.

How many photos will we receive?

Every wedding is different, but you can expect a minimum of approximately 55 carefully edited images per hour of coverage. I don’t believe in withholding meaningful photographs simply to reach a predetermined number—if an image contributes to the story of your day, I want you to have it.

How will we receive our photos?

Your finished images are delivered through a private online Pic-Time gallery where you can view, download, share, and preserve your photographs all in one place.

Can we order prints and albums?

Yes! Professional prints and keepsakes can be ordered directly through your gallery, and heirloom wedding albums are available for couples who want their photographs preserved in a tangible form designed to be returned to for generations.

How much do couples typically invest when working with me?

Most couples invest $2,200–$3,800 to have their wedding story preserved with me. Your final investment reflects the coverage, location, and experience your day calls for, with each collection intentionally shaped around what matters most rather than forcing your wedding into a one-size-fits-all timeline.

How do I know if we’re a good fit?

I tend to be the best fit for couples who care as much about how their wedding feels as how it looks. If you’re drawn to candid, emotionally driven photographs, value the people and relationships surrounding you, and want enough guidance to feel confident without spending your day performing for the camera, we’ll likely align beautifully. I intentionally take on a limited number of weddings so I can give each celebration the attention it deserves.
